On Tuesday, Lady Gaga shared a few words about her latest project on Instagram. The 36-year-old spoke candidly about the meaning behind her new song "Hold My Hand," which will be featured in Top Gun: Maverick premiering in theaters May 24. In the photo, Gaga wore a cozy sweatshirt while showing off her incredibly radiant skin.
She captioned the post, "I wanted to say that I wrote the song for the INCREDIBLE movie #topgun #topgunmaverick but also for people who feel like they’re not gonna be ok or WE ARE never gonna be ok and that life taught me through hard times to have faith in humanity when it’s hard to have faith in yourself."
Gaga continued: When you feel lonely, sad, removed from the world, far away from yourself and others #holdmyhand. One day you may even be strong enough to hold your own 🤝.
Her fans shared their thoughts in the comments, with one user saying, "All of this 👏." Another added, "Well said queen ❤️."
While there's no denying that the song is so good, I can't get over how amazing her skin looks.
Gaga's makeup artist Sarah Tanno also told TODAY that she's a big fan of Ole Henriksen’s Truth Serum, which “leaves the skin feeling tight, smooth and glowing,” according to Tanno. And when it comes to shielding her skin from harsh sun rays, she opts for Supergoop.
Gaga enjoys a good microcurrent facial every now and then as well. "There are actually two attachments—one goes on the aesthetician, and then one goes on you. The electricity flows through both of our bodies at the same time to lift the muscles," she explained to Allure.
Skincare products and rituals aside, Lady Gaga is a firm believer in filling up on nutritious foods to get her glow. "Something like quinoa with black beans, grilled shrimp, beautiful veggies. We want it to be healthy, tasty, filling, nutritious, and full of fiber," says Gaga's personal chef Bo O’Connor to Self.
Now, that sounds delicious!
