Charred Bittersweet Blast Gin Cocktail Recipe

orange slices

1 oz.

sweet vermouth

1 oz.


1 oz.


Soda or sparkling wine


Broil orange slices until charred. Place 1 broiled orange slice in a mixing glass. Add 1 oz sweet vermouth and gently muddle. Add 1 oz each gin and Campari, fill with crushed ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a glass over ice, top with soda or sparkling wine, stir, and serve with a broiled orange slice.
