- Camila Cabello is looking like the strong, powerful queen that she is in a recent Instagram post.
- The singer, 25, posted herself in some spicy outfits (including a floral chain bra top) that showed off her impressively toned abs.
- Camila works with trainer Jenna Willis to stay strong and ready for any and all stage performances (which, BTW, are a major workout!).
Camila Cabello has a new album out (congrats, Camila!) and naturally she’s back onstage rocking some incredible looks. Thankfully, the singer is also willing to share a few BTS on Instagram from a recent performance out in California, and the photos are literally everything.
In the shots, the 25-year-old singer can be seen on stage in a truly epic outfit that features chain-link gold roses covering her breasts and a peek of her strong abs. The whole thing flows into a long, semi-sheer skirt and OMG, the look is amazing.
People were all over it in the comments. “You are so gorgeous,” one person wrote. “Loveeeeee ❤️🔥,” said another.
The body positive guru has been working with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis for a few years, and the trainer just dropped videos in her IG Story that show Camila doing some intense abs work. In the video, Camila walks herself into a plank position using her hands, does a push-up, and walks herself back up.
“Dig deeper baby,” Willis wrote over top.
Camila also shared hilarious pics on Instagram in November of herself stretching with Willis and looking all kinds of disheveled. “How’s YOUR Sunday?” she joked in the caption.
Willis told Shape that, joking aside, Camila is really into her workouts. The two do circuits together, which include moves like squat hops, high plank shoulder taps, glute bridges, and more.
FWIW: Camila also has a walking playlist on Spotify that you can check out anytime.
On the food front, Camila has said she’s gotten more into veggies over the past few years thanks to her ex, Shawn Mendes. "Shawn has influenced me to be healthier...I was not healthy at all before,” she told BBC Radio, per Hola. “I never ate vegetables before. Just like easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar. Which, I wouldn’t say are hard vegetables.”
Camila has been vocal about body image and body positivity, addressing it in a TikTok that went viral last year. She talked about how there was no need to hold in her stomach when she went running. "Being at war with your body is so last season," she said.
“I actually felt so liberated when I posted that,” she later told Bustle. “After that, I went to the airport and so many women were coming up to me like, ‘I saw that TikTok, and it resonated with me so much.’ I actually feel my body insecurities went down after I posted that because I was like, ‘No matter what pictures come out or what people say, I’m now controlling the narrative.’”
I love it, Camila! 👏👏👏
